President Widodo forecast that Indonesia's economy to grow by five point four to six percent in the third quarter this year despite global economic crisis. Indonesia's economic growth is now the highest among other G20 member countries.
President Widodo explained his confidence forecast for Indonesia's growth in this year's third quarter is based on facts that, Indonesia has strong consumer demand a strong 10 % growth in bank credit loans and 28 consecutive months of trade surplus.
President Widodo also expressed his strong optimism regarding Indonesia's economy as he stated that Indonesia's economy had the highest growth among G20 countries.
In the second quarter of 2022 Indonesia's economy has grown 5 point four-four percent while none of other G20 countries reported economic growth passing 5 percent in the same period.
